Have you ever wanted to live the dream? Control and drive a race car in South Africa - say a Reynard single-seater racing car that pulls 450 BHP/per tonne? To experience a day like no other, where you are simply expected to throw caution to the wind? Well, look no further than Fantastic Racing, where you get the chance to stake your claim as Michael Schumacher’s heir apparent - and get the t-shirt!

Fantastic Racing’s Individual Race Days are tailored for smaller groups and/or individuals wishing to drive race cars. All you need to do is book and we take care of the rest. The day includes exclusive use of the Reynard single seater race car, race suit, your name and choice of flag on the car, extensive safety briefing, full hospitality, a prize ceremony and a personalised DVD of images for you to show off.

The day begins with an in-depth training and safety course. Guests are then taken around the race track by our in-house expert driver and introduced to their race cars.

The single-seater race cars, built by the firm that produced the original F1 Honda BAR cars, are the stars of the show and ensure that Fantastic Racing's events are never forgotten. Then it is time to get into the car for your practice laps.

Once the drivers are up to speed, they are ready to hit the race track. Drivers rest, re-hydrate and strategise between stages.

Time slots:
We operate both morning and afternoon slots.

There are also three race tracks available to choose from, subject to availability.

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before kick-off so we can kit you out with the race suits. Your measurements will be taken when booking and a timetable given to you at that point.

Price per person, which includes absolutely everything is:

• Cape Town - R4,000 per person
• Johannesburg – R6,000 per person
