Brand new for 2008 and a unique F1 driving experience to South Africa, we are proud to announce the arrival of two Jordan F1 cars – bona fide Grand Prix WINNERS!
Our Jordan made its debut at the 1998 Australian Grand Prix. Later that year, Jordan drivers Damon Hill and Ralf Schumacher placed 1st and 2nd at the Belgian Grand Prix in what was Jordan’s first Grand Prix win. This was closely followed by Heinz Harald Frentzen’s two victories in 1999, leading to Jordan’s highest ever Constructor’s Championship placing of third that season.
If you want to find out if you are the next Lewis Hamilton, there’s probably no better way to find out than with us. The Fantastic Racing F1 Experience starts fast and ends even faster! This is nothing less than the ultimate driving euphoria.
The day follows the same programme as the Platinum Event, with the glorious exception being that your final sessions will take place behind the wheel of the Jordan F1. Few people can claim to have mastered the art of F1 driving – that opportunity is now there for the taking.
It will accelerate, brake and corner at speeds that seem to defy all logic. It is the ultimate drive available at Fantastic Racing and will eclipse anything else you will ever experience.
By the end of your session, you will be able to claim to have tamed one of the most revered and feared race cars ever built. We throw in the bragging rights for free.
Included in the Fantastic Racing F1 Driving Experience:
• Arrival drinks and time to be introduced to the event staff and mechanical crew
• Race gear and helmet fitting
• Comprehensive safety briefing, simulator training and practice laps in the single-seater Reynards
• On-going support from our experienced pit crew
• Driving time for an estimated, which is split over several sessions.
• When you feel it is time to be empowered and learn to fly we move from Reynards to the Jordan F1
